The Holy Synod of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine has decided to remove Honorary Patriarch Filaret as a member of the Holy Synod.
The Holy Synod of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine has made this decision following Filaret’s six consecutive absences from meetings of the Holy Synod and the unjustified refusal to participate in the sessions despite the written invitation he had received.

The decision of the Holy Synod says that Honorary Patriarch Filaret
remains a member of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, but without the
right to perform any consecration.
