Orthodox Church of the USA accompanied His All-Holiness Ecumenical
Patriarch Bartholomew, as a member the Ecumenical Patriarchate's
official delegation at the Holy and Great Council of the Orthodox
Church.

Holy Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the USA and the Ecumenical
Patriarchate at the Great and Holy Council in Crete....
What an honor to represent our Holy Ukrainian Orthodox Church at the
Great and Holy Council here in Crete, Greece. To be part of history
being created all for the glory of God on High and the edification of
Orthodox faithful throughout the world. The 318 bishops present feel the
presence of the Holy Spirit guiding thoughts and words. Please pray for
us all that in such a short period of time we may accomplish good in
the Name of our Lord. The world's Orthodox faithful are in our prayers
throughout. It will be difficult to depart from these brothers, but in
time we will have to "descend from the mountain" to meet the needs of
God's people in faith and in love.
