CARDINAL KOCH VISITS METROPOLITAN DIMITRIOS OF FRANCE

 Pontifical Council for Promoting Christian Unity

Cardinal Kurt Koch paid a courtesy visit to Metropolitan Dimitrios (Ploumis), the new Metropolitan of France of the Ecumenical Patriarchate, on 11 February 2022 in Paris.

The meeting, held at the see of the Greek Orthodox Metropolia of France, was also attended by Auxiliary Bishop Irenaeus, as well as Metropolitan Ignatius of the Patriarchate of Antioch and Archbishop Job (Getcha), Permanent Representative of the Ecumenical Patriarchate at the World Council of Churches.

Reverend Father Hyacinthe Destivelle and Reverend Jaromír Zádrapa, staff members of the Eastern Section of the Pontifical Council for Promoting Christian Unity, were also present.
