Holy and Great Council of the Orthodox Church
The Conference of European Churches and the
World Association for Christian Communication Europe invite all to an online video presentation and discussion about the upcoming Holy and Great Council of the Orthodox Church.
In June a Holy and Great Council of the Orthodox Church will convene to address pressing issues for the Orthodox Church worldwide. For nearly two weeks in Crete in June, bishops from across the Church will hold historic discussions affecting the future of Orthodoxy and its mission in the world.
All are welcome to join Dr Tamara Grdzelidze, ambassador of Georgia to the Holy See, and Rev. Dr Nathanael Symeonides, ecumenical officer of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America and secretary for Inter-Orthodox relations in America for an online discussion of this historic event.
